This policy explains what personal data Grenada Group collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It is written to meet our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Lithuanian data protection law.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so. Any question about this policy can be sent to the address above and will be handled directly.

2. What personal data we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a request through the form on our Contact page, we collect the information you enter:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Details of the workforce requirement: the type of workers, the number of workers, the project location and the required start date
• Any additional details you choose to include in the message field
• A record that you gave consent, and when

If you contact us directly by email or telephone instead, we process whatever information you choose to share in that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server log data when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running securely and is not used to profile you.

Some images on this website are served from a third-party image service (Unsplash). When your browser loads one of those images, your IP address is visible to that service. We do not control and do not receive that data.

This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other third-party visitor tracking.

3. Why we process your data, and our legal basis

• To respond to your workforce request. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.
• To coordinate your requirement with our workforce partners. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating our coordination service.
• To keep records of enquiries and agreements. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining accurate business records, and compliance with our legal and accounting obligations.
• To keep the website secure and functioning. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.

4. Who we share your data with

Grenada Group coordinates personnel through a network of workforce partners. To answer a workforce request we normally need to share the details of that request with one or more partners so that they can confirm what they are able to provide.

We share only what is necessary for that purpose. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

Your data may also be processed by the service providers that operate our infrastructure, namely our website hosting and email provider. These providers act on our instructions under written data processing terms.

We may disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Our workforce partners and clients are located in a number of countries. Where those countries are inside the European Economic Area, no additional transfer safeguards are required.

Where a transfer outside the European Economic Area is necessary to fulfil your request, we carry it out only on a lawful basis under Chapter V of the GDPR — normally an adequacy decision of the European Commission, or Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request further information about the safeguards applied to a specific transfer.

6. How long we keep your data

• Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement: up to 12 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.
• Enquiries that lead to an agreement: for the duration of the working relationship and for as long afterwards as we are required to retain records under applicable accounting and limitation rules.
• Server logs: for the retention period operated by our hosting provider, which is short-term and security-related.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask us to erase your data where there is no continuing reason for us to hold it
• Ask us to restrict processing while a concern is being resolved
• Object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests
• Receive the data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where our processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), L. 8. Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set by WordPress if you log in to the site as an administrator, and our hosting provider may use a cookie to manage page caching. These are essential to the operation of the site and do not track you across other websites.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
