How It Works

From first enquiry to people on site — and for as long as they stay there. One point of contact throughout.

The process

Four Steps

No chain of intermediaries. You deal with us at every stage.

1

Workforce request

You tell us the roles, the number of people, the site location, the working pattern and the date you need them on site. If the requirement is still taking shape, we help you define it.

2

Proposal

We check the requirement against our workforce partner network and come back with what is realistically available: role by role, headcount, timelines and commercial terms — including an honest answer when something cannot be covered.

3

Preparation

Our partners handle sourcing and screening while we coordinate documentation, permits where relevant, onboarding, travel and arrival scheduling, so everyone reaches your site ready to work.

4

Ongoing support

After arrival we remain your single point of contact. We monitor how the placement is running, resolve issues with the partner on your behalf, and arrange replacements when they are needed.

What we handle

Coordinated On Your Behalf

Grenada Group coordinates personnel through a network of workforce partners. We act as the client’s central point of contact, coordinating staffing requirements, partner communication, documentation, onboarding, arrivals, ongoing support and replacements.

Before arrival

  • Defining the requirement with you
  • Matching it to the right partner
  • Documentation and permits where relevant
  • Onboarding and travel scheduling

After arrival

  • A single point of contact for your team
  • Monitoring how the placement is running
  • Resolving issues with the partner directly
  • Arranging replacements when needed

Start with a requirement

Roles, headcount, location, start date. That is all we need to begin.
